Clare Tilley
BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy, MCSP, HCPC , AACP, MSOM, APPI
Clare graduated in 1995 and has over 20 years specific musculoskeletal and orthopaedic experience, having worked within the NHS, private hospital system, as a clinician and manager.
Having completed her APPI training in 2007 she then set up Cheshire Pilates and Physiotherapy . Clare’s special interests include spinal and pelvic rehabilitation, patella-femoral dysfunction and lower limb rehab. She now uses Pilates throughout her clinical practice for many different conditions as well as teaching 10 weekly classes and 1:1 sessions. She regularly treats antenatal and postnatal patients to restore core stability and pelvic floor strength with modified Pilates.
Clare is a APPI presenter and teaches on a range of APPI Pilates courses monthly throughout the UK and abroad. She has been a presenter since 2012, regularly since then teaching the Matwork series, 3D standing , the Healthy Hips, Osteoporosis, Masterclasses, Antenatal and Postnatal course, Reformer series and Comprehensive Pilates Matwork course. She is passionate about sharing her love of Pilates and its fantastic benefits with a wide range of clients, using a wide range of small equipment.
